Remove your steak from the fridge dry it off with paper towels and place it on a plate, leave it until it reaches room temperature.
Add your Butter to a small saucepan and place it on low heat until melted.
Then add your Dried Rosemary and Garlic Powder and stir until combined.
While the butter is melting switch on your Air Fryer and set the temperature to 200°C (392°F) for preheating.
Rub your steak on both sides with sea salt and black pepper, before placing it on some aluminum foil.
Carefully pour over your melted butter mixture and then wrap the steak in the foil.
Place your wrapped steak in the air fryer and cook at 200°C (392°F) for 7 minutes.
After 7 minutes have passed open up the foil and flip the steak, leaving the foil open and place it back in the air fryer for another 6 to 8 minutes or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
