How To Make The Perfect Air-Fried Chicken and Bacon Fried Rice

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Place your chicken and bacon on an air fryer safe rack. Then cook for 8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside to cool slightly.

    Meanwhile, use your fingers to separate the rice grains in the packet. Microwave the rice for 1 minute and transfer it to a round 20cm, high-sided ovenproof dish or cake pan. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and 2 tablespoons water. Then stir until combined.
