Full of flavor and cooked to perfection in just 12 minutes – these Turkey Burgers are sure to be a hit with the whole family.
In a large bowl combine your Turkey Mince, Smoked Paprika, Salt and Pepper, Onion, Garlic and Mixed Herbs. Mix these together until well combined.
Switch on your Air Fryer to preheat and set the temperature to 180°C (356°F).
Then in a small bowl beat together your eggs and Worcester sauce, before adding it to the Turkey mix and stirring well until fully combined.
Form the mixture into 4 even sized balls, then flatten into burger patty shapes, so that they cook evenly and quickly. Cook these patties in your air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for around 10-12 minutes, flip your burger patties half way, and ensure that they are fully cooked through and have a golden brown finish.
Whilst your patties are cooking in the air fryer, turn your focus to making your burger sauce. In a small bowl combine your mayonnaise and ketchup, and add franks red hot sauce if you wish.
Once your sauce is made and your burger patties are almost cooked, it's time to toast your buns and assemble your salad. Carefully slice the buns in 2, and toast these lightly. Spread an even coating of your sauce on each side of the bun, and follow this with your Lettuce and Tomatoes to your liking.
Last but not least, carefully remove your patties from the air fryer, and place them on top of your bed of salad, place your other toasted bun on top of your burger patty, and add your choice of Air Fryer Side!
