How To Make The Perfect Air-Fried Sausage Bites

  1. Step 1

Prepare your sausage meat by adding it to a large bowl and adding the finely chopped red onion, minced garlic and black pepper to the sausage meat. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly combined.

  2. Step 2

Once the ingredients have been properly combined, add in the eggs and bread crumbs then mix again until fully combined.

  3. Step 3

Using your hands or a spoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape them into small round balls. (bitesize) Then place them on one side.

    TOP TIP:

I found the easiest way to cook a big batch of these sausage bites was on the skewer air fryer accessory as you can fit a lot more in a single air fryer tray that way.

  4. Step 4

If you're not using a skewer, line your air fryer with parchment paper or an air fryer-safe silicone liner and place your sausage bites carefully allowing space for air to circulate between them.

  5. Step 5

Turn on your air fryer and set the temperature to 200°C (392°F). Allow the sausage bites to cook for 18 minutes, checking on them frequently. All air fryers are slightly different. Your sausage bites are finished once slightly crispy on the outside and cooked through to the middle, feel free to adjust the cooking time accordingly.

  6. Step 6

Serve your sausage bites hot or cold and enjoy them with your favourite dips or on the side of one of our many main courses!

And that's it! 6 simple steps to perfect and delicious Air Fried Sausage Bites!
